BTG Relies on donations to continue to provide individuals with the Respite Programme, any donations is greatly appreciated. We have a mission to take this charity Nationwide and impact lives around the country.



We rely heavily on public donations to carry out the work we do to 'Bridge the Gap' for mental health. Take a look at our latest fundraising efforts and send us photos and details of your fundraising to be mentioned on this page and across our social media platforms.



Lee & Kim Completed 3000 Reps

Kim completed 3000 sit-ups throughout November and Lee completed 3000 press-ups, what an incredible achievement! This amount will sponsor one individual to complete the Respite Programme along with 6 additional counseling appointments.

Fierce Spirit Training Day

Fierce Spirit hosted a training day focusing on lifting and gymnastics for their members with all profits donated to BTG.

JWC members took on Snowdon

A group of JWC members took the challenge to climb the highest mountain in Wales to raise funds for BTG. A brilliant day out and a fantastic fundraiser!

Amount Raised: £750


JWC Mission Impossible

20 JWC members took on Mission Impossible completing 8 Group Training Sessions over 12 hours starting at 6am and finishing at 6pm.

Victoria climbed Kilimanjaro

One to tick off the bucket list and also an opportunity to raise funds for BTG. Victoria took on this huge challenge and flew across the world to tackle the worlds largest free standing mountain.

Amount Raised: £3,202


Pole Gym Showcase

PoleGym put on an Aerial Arts and Pole showcase and raised money for BTG by selling tickets to friends, family and others that may be interested in finding out more about what they do.

Train The Trainer

The coaches at JWC Health & Fitness completed a 'Train the Trainer' event where clients bid on 10 minute slots to reverse roles and have the opportunity to create a gruelling workout for the coaches. Coffee and cakes were sold and a raffle was drawn to raise funds.

Amount Raised: £1,300



Competitors completed a 1.5km swim in the sea, 50Km cycle, ascend and descend of Snowdon, Cycling back 50Km and completing with a 1km beach run.

Rowing Challenge

Competitors were challenged to row a randomly generated number of meters with the display screen covered. The individual who rowed to the closest meter won the prize.

Amount Raised: £400


Charity Raffle

Fierce Sprit Cross Fit hosted a charity raffle collecting amazing prices from business within the fitness industry. The raffle was announced following a charity workout where attendees made a donation to participate.
